If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a credit or exchange. Credits or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. The accoutrement must be received in the exact condition it was sent out in. The item/s can not be altered in anyway and must be returned in its original packaging. You will need an RA number (Return Authorization Number) for you return, which you can receive by emailing us at email@example.com and then writing this number on your return parcel. You must notify us of the reason for your return and have it approved before sending any item/s back. Please note that Insignia does not offer returns or exchange on any sale, sample sale or discounted items. Additionally for hygenic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund on earrings. We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully.
All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer. We do not offer refunds on postage.
